The steps to sign up and book your car
- Step 1: I register via the Citiz website or app.
- Step 2: I book a car for as long as I choose (1 hour, 1 day or longer).
- Step 3: I unlock the vehicle doors via the app.
- Step 4: I check the vehicle’s condition using the app and collect the key.
- Step 5: I travel in the AUPA car and keep the key with me at every stop.
- Step 6: At the end of my booking, I must return the car to its original station.
- Step 7: I lock the doors via the app.
